Is free shipping available, and when should an order arrive?
Checkout alone determines free-shipping eligibility. Order preparation is usually about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in carrier transit. The transit estimate is not a guarantee; tracking and exceptions are explained in the Shipping Policy.
